Passenger preference flags (including home floor, accessibility, and code blue) are sent to the elevator system upon presentation of the Gallagher card to the reader, ensuring a personalized journey. All floor selections are recorded in the Gallagher event log, enabling accurate audit reporting.

It also allows the Jacques intercom to be used as a video bridge with imaging systems so that operators can view live video footage from supported cameras in response to an event within the Command Centre.
An optional image sensor interface enables integration with support cameras, linking visual records to events and alarms in the Command Centre. For example, thermal imaging cameras can be connected to an alarm to record a heat signature and alert an operator.
